The order for Nero products will be shipped directly from the Nero warehouse, with a dispatch time of 1–2
business days. The delivery time for most products is typically 2–4 business days for metropolitan areas
and 5–7 business days for regional areas.

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please notify us within 2 business
days of receiving your order and we’ll take care of it for you.
Returns
Change of mind? You can return eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, returned items must be:

Unused, unassembled, and uninstalled
In their original, undamaged packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes both the original delivery
charge and the cost of sending the item back.
