Delivery Scheduling
Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you directly to schedule a delivery time that works for you. We work
with reliable transport partners to ensure safe and timely delivery to your site.
Important Delivery Information
Please ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is correct and accessible. A redirection fee of $150 will apply
if the delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details or access issues.
We use specialised equipment such as tail-lift trucks and forklifts to ensure safe unloading. Please confirm that your
site can accommodate this type of delivery.
Orders are typically delivered to the kerbside or closest accessible point at the provided address, unless otherwise
arranged.
Storage Options
If you're not ready to receive your order immediately, we can hold it for up to 4–6 weeks at no extra cost once full
payment is received. After this period, a storage fee of approximately $15 per pallet per week may apply.
