Tiles are typically delivered to the kerbside using specialised vehicles such as tail-lift trucks or forklifts. Please ensure the delivery site is accessible for this type of equipment.
Yes, pickup is available for smaller orders from our showroom in Seaforth. Contact us to arrange your collection in advance.
We can hold your order for up to 4–6 weeks at no extra charge, once full payment is received. After this period, storage fees of approximately $15 per pallet per week may apply.

You can exchange eligible tile products within 30 days of receiving your order.

● Unused and not laid, installed, or fixed to any surface
● In the same condition you received them
● Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
● A 25% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind tile exchanges.
● Return shipping costs (including the original delivery fee and the cost to return the item) are the responsibility of the customer.
● Custom orders and sale items are not eligible for exchange
