Change of mind? You can return eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, returned items must be:

In the same condition you received them
Unused, unassembled, and uninstalled
In their original, undamaged packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes both the original delivery charge and the cost of sending the item back.

Please note: a 25% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns.

Do I have to choose a benchtop with my vanity cabinet?
No, you can purchase the vanity cabinet only if you already have a custom stone benchtop or plan to supply your own. Simply select “Cabinet Only” when choosing your vanity options.

What’s the difference between 'Cabinet Only' and 'Cabinet with Benchtop'?

· Cabinet Only includes just the bathroom vanity cabinet.

· Cabinet with Benchtop includes a pre-selected stone benchtop, available in various colours to suit your style.

Do I need a taphole in the benchtop?
If your tap is installed on the benchtop, you'll need a single taphole. You can choose where you’d like the hole positioned: left, centre, or right to suit your tapware setup. If you're using wall-mounted taps, select “No taphole”.

Are basins included with the vanity?
Basins are sold separately to give you the freedom to choose the style that best suits your space.

Is a waste included with the vanity or basin?
No, wastes are sold separately. We recommend the Otti M43 Universal Mushroom 32mm Pop-Up Waste, which suits both basins with and without overflow.

Can I customize the handle finish?
Yes, our vanities come with standard brushed gold handles, but other finishes are available. Please check the product options or contact us for customisation requests.

What materials are used in the vanity construction?
Our vanities are constructed from high moisture-resistant plywood with a durable painted finish — ideal for bathroom environments.

Do the vanities come with soft-close drawers and doors?
Yes, all our vanities feature soft-close mechanisms for smooth and quiet operation.

Is the internal shelf adjustable?
Yes, the shelf is adjustable. Please note that a cutout may be required by your installer to allow for plumbing.

Is there a way to save space with plumbing?
Yes — if you’re working with limited space or want a cleaner look, we recommend the Otti 40mm Box Trap & Space Saver Kit. It allows for easier installation and maximises internal cabinet space.

What is the warranty on the vanity?
We offer a 10-year warranty on the cabinet and a 12-month warranty on parts and labour. For full details, please refer to our warranty page.
