Tile delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Most deliveries

Change of mind? You can exchange eligible tile products within 30 days of receiving your order.

A 25% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind tile exchanges.
Return shipping costs (including the original delivery fee and the cost to return the item) are the
