Delivery

Tile delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Most deliveries arrive within 5 to 14 business days.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and delivery address.

Once your order is placed, our team will be in touch to confirm delivery details and make sure everything arrives smoothly. If you have special delivery requirements or need your order urgently, feel free to contact us, we’re here to help.

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please notify us within 2 business days of receiving your order and we’ll take care of it

Exchanges

Not sure on your choice? We recommend using our 5 samples for $15 service before placing a full order.

Change of mind? You can exchange eligible tile products within 30 days of receiving your order.

• In original, sealed packaging
• Unused and not laid, installed, or fixed to any surface
• In the same condition you received them
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note:

• A 25% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind tile exchanges.
• Return shipping costs (including the original delivery fee and the cost to return the item) are the responsibility of the customer.
• Custom orders and sale items are not eligible for exchange.

To request an exchange, please contact us at hello@evotile.com.au with your order number. If approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your items. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
